Varmt välkomna till EHVS extrainsatta föreningsmöte!
Mötet kommer äga rum i Linnésalen, H-huset den 7/10. Mötet kommer att starta kl 18:00. 

Enligt stadga 19 § Motioner angående stadgeändringar skall ha kommit styrelsen tillhanda senast tre veckor innan föreningsmötet. Därav, är det inte längre möjligt att skicka in motioner gällande stadgeändringar. Övriga motioner skall ha kommit styrelsen tillhanda senast den 30/10.

Glöm inte att ta med ID-kort och EHVS-medlemskap!

Möteshandlingarna kommer vara medlemmarna tillhanda 2/10 på vår hemsida www.ehvs.nu. MÖTESHANDLINGARNA 

Missa inte att du även har chansen att vinna ett presentkort på TAK värt 500kr under mötet! Allt du behöver göra är att skicka in den bästa nominering via appen Colix och delta på mötet. 

Kort info om mötets innehåll: Vid detta extra insatta föreningsmöte har du som medlem i EHVS chans att påverka konstellationen av EHVS styrelse. Under mötet kommer fokus ligga på omröstning av nya motioner vilka handlar om styrelsens nya struktur. På mötet kommer både valberedningen och styrelsen 2019 finnas på plats så det är även ett ypperligt tillfälle att ställa frågor!

Warmly welcome to EHVS extraordinary association meeting!
The meeting will take place in Linnésalen, H-hall the 7^th of October at 18:00. 

According to the statute 19 § Motions regarding the statutes must have been received by the board no later than three weeks before the association meeting. Therefore, you are not able to submit motions regarding changes to the statutes anymore. Other motions shall be received by the Board by 30th of September.

Do not forget to bring ID cards and EHVS membership!

Short info on the content of the meeting: At this extra association meeting you as a member of EHVS have the opportunity to influence the constellation of EHVS board. During the meeting, the focus will be on voting on new motions that deal with the new structure of the Board. At the meeting, both the Nomination Committee and the Board 2019 will be in place, so it is also an excellent opportunity to ask questions!
