EHVS Vårmöte 2019

EHVS har äran att bjuda in våra medlemmar till årets vårmöte 2019. I år kommer vårmötet att hållas den 15 april kl 17.00 på Oleary’s (andra våningen) på Storgatan 10 i Växjö. EHVS styrelse kommer bland annat att presentera årets budget och verksamhetsplanen för 2019. Styrelsen 2018 kommer även och presentera sin ekonomiska verksamhetsberättelse.

Under mötet kommer styrelsen 2019 kort förklara anledningen till varför EHVS har bytt till biljettsystemet Bonsai Campus. Det finns självklart chans att ställa frågor.

Stipendium för särskilt engagemang inom EHVS kommer också delas ut. Se separat inlägg för nominering eller ansökan till det.

Efter avslutat vårmöte kommer 2019 års kommitté att presentera information gällande kick-off veckan. För er som blivit antagna som kickers är det obligatoriskt att komma på mötet eftersom vissa avtal behöver skrivas på. Kickergrupperna kommer också presenteras.

EHVS medlemskap och ID-kort är obligatoriskt för delta på mötet. Mötet kommer hållas på svenska.

Sista inlämningsdag för motioner om stadgeändringar är den 25 mars och övriga motioner senast 8 april. Mötesdokumenten kommer ut på hemsidan och finns tillgängliga på Office senast den 10 april.

Efter mötet finns det möjlighet att stanna kvar för att umgås, äta och köra lite bowling eller shuffle! Bowlingen/shuffle är gratis och det är först till kvarn som gäller! Anmälan görs i formulären nedan:

EHVS Styrelse 2019

EHVS has the honor to invite our members to the spring meeting of 2019. The spring meeting will be held on the 15th of April, 5PM at Oleary’s (second floor) at Storgatan 10 in Växjö. The EHVS board will both present this year’s budget, 2019’s activity report and also last year EHVS boards economic activity report for 2018.

During the meeting the board 2019 will explain why EHVS has changed ticket system to Bonsai campus. Of course, you have the change to ask questions too.

The EHVS board will also hand out the EHVS’ Scholarship for an especially good commitment. Please have a look at a separate post for nomination or application.

After the meeting, the 2019 years committee will present information regarding the kickoff-week. Those of you who have been chosen as kickers, it is of high importance that you attend the whole meeting since there are agreements you will need to sign. They will also present the kicker groups.

EHVS membership and valid ID is required to attend the meeting. The meeting will be held in Swedish.

The last day to send in motions on statutory changes is 25th of March and other motions 8th of April. The meeting document will come out at the webpage and will be available at EHVS office by April 10^th.

After the meeting there is the opportunity to stay to hang out, eat and do some bowling or shuffle! Bowling / shuffle is free and it is first come first served! Registration is done in the forms below:
