Biljettsläpp skidresan 2020

Äntligen är årets FETASTE resa här!
Kvällen den 17:e januari bär det av mot franska Alperna och Alpe d'Huez!! Det kommer bjudas på fantastisk skidåkning, förhoppningsvis mycket solsken, gudomligt god öl och inte minst grym pjäxdans på La Folie Douce. Med andra ord är detta en vecka som du absolut inte vill missa!!

Biljettsläppet närmar sig i raketfart och vi tänkte därför att lite information kunde vara på sin plats:

Biljettsläppet:
- Datum: 4:e November
- Klockan: 20:00
- Det kommer att vara en fysisk plats där släppet sker
- Okänd plats. Platsen kommer att publiceras 20:00 samma dag som släppet sker här i eventet.

BILJETTSLÄPPET ÄR I SAL B1006

- De två första på plats kommer få 10% rabatt på på det pris som är angivet.

Betalning/bokning:
- Priset för resan (utan eventuella tillägg) är 5799kr.
- Deposition ska betalas senast 11 november, om det inte är betalat då riskerar man att mista sin plats på resan. Summan är 2500kr + eventuellt avbokningsskydd.
- Vi kommer att ha en sittning under skidresan som ni kan anmäla er till vid bokningen. Ni betalar för detta vid slutbetalningen.
- Vid bokningen fyller ni framförallt i det obligatoriska. Alla tillval som exempelvis skidhyra och sittning kan tas bort/läggas till fram till slutbetalningen.
- Slutbetalningen ska vara oss tillhanda senast 26 november.
- Summa summarum: Först deposition, sen resten.

Utöver detta så är det följande som gäller:
Boende: Lägenhetshotell med kök.
Under biljettsläppet kommer ni att få önska vilka ni vill bo med, och vi kommer sedan försöka uppfylla dessa önskemål så gott det går.
Buss: Bussarna kommer att lämna campus den 17/1 någon gång på kvällen vid Pressbyrån. Vi återkommer med tid.
Liftkort: Liftkortet gäller i 6 dagar.

Finally the best trip of the year is here!
On the evening of January 17th we will go to the French Alps and Alpe d'Huez!! It will be offered fantastic skiing, hopefully a lot of sunshine, divinely good beer and not least dancing at La Folie Douce. In other words, this is a week you definitely don't want to miss !!

The ticket release is approaching very quickly and we therefore thought that some information could be in place:

Ticket release:
- Date: 4th November
- Clock: 20:00
- It will be a physical place where the release happens
- Unknown location. The place will be published at 20:00 on the day the release takes place here in the event.

TICKETRELEASE IS IN ROOM B1006

- The first two on place will receive a 10% discount on the price quoted.

Payment / reservation:
- The price for the trip (without any supplement) is 5799 SEK.
- Deposit must be paid no later than November 11, if it is not paid then you risk losing your place on the trip. The sum is 2500 SEK + possible cancellation cover.
- We will have a sitting during the ski trip that you can sign up to at the time of booking. You pay for this at the final payment.
- When booking, you mainly fill in the mandatory. All options such as ski rental and sitting can be removed / added up to the final payment.
- The final payment must be delivered to us by November 26.
- First deposit, then the rest.

In addition, the following applies:
Accommodation: Aparthotel with kitchen.
During the ticket release you will be asked who you want to live with, and we will then try to fulfill these wishes as far as possible.
Bus: The buses will leave campus on 17/1 sometime in the evening at Pressbyrån. We will return with time.
Lift card: The lift card is valid for 6 days.
