Depending on your interests we offer positions within the following business areas:
Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence
At Financial Due Diligence (FDD) you will be analysing companies' value drivers to get a thorough understanding of the historical and projected financial position. We support private equity firms and large corporate clients in their transactions to fully understand the value of the investment and realise the potential of the deal. Read more about FDD!
M&A Integration & Carve-out
M&A Integration & Carve-out assists clients in identifying potential operational risks and value opportunities in transactions through due diligence and synergy assessment, and subsequently provide project management support to ensure that the identified potential is realized once the transaction is signed. Valuation & Analytics
Valuation & Analytics work with a broad range of clients in private equity, corporates and the public sector, providing clients with support in business analysis and financial decisions. Our engagements include company valuations, financial modeling, incentive programs, financial arbitrations and other advanced financial analysis. CFO Office
CFO Office supports clients in reaching more profound and faster business insights by improving and automating reporting processes. We work with a range of industries and counterparties such as the Board of Directors, owners, and Management teams. Through our services, we help improve the follow-up on financials, performance metrics and strategies, using data and technology as our primary tool of analysis.
Real Estate
Real Estate is market leading when it comes to property related transaction advisory. Real Estate offers services both within acquisitions advisory (DD) and sales advisory (M&A). What kind of people are we looking for?

You enjoy collaborating with others and you contribute with your enthusiasm and positive attitude.You will have a great advantage of strong analytical skills, ability to understand and navigate complexity and a passion for problem solving. And you will definitely succeed if you have a curious and growth mindset as well as a humble and friendly attitude.
Other qualities we value are communicative, creative and business oriented.
We are looking for applicants who have a Bachelor or Master's degree (preferably) in business, finance, industrial economics or engineering. It is also meriting if you have worked up to 2 years at a reputable consulting firm, private equity company, management consultancy firm, investment bank or similar.
You are comfortable in written and verbal professional communication in both Swedish and English.
