Work you’ll do
In today’s complex world, the need to make more informed choices has never been greater. At Valuation & Modeling we advise our clients to help uncover and quantify values and to apply a financial lens to the most important strategic decisions.
We provide our clients with financial analyses and valuations of enterprises, equity investments, financial instruments and intangible assets. Moreover, we also develop tailor-made financial models which our clients use for e.g. business planning, structuring of complex transactions, project finance and evaluation of strategic options.
Our clients are mainly found among medium-sized up to very large multinational companies and PE/investment companies, and our engagements are performed in many different contexts such as M&A, restructurings, dispute-related and for tax and financial reporting purposes.
As an Analyst in our Valuation & Modelling team you’ll contribute to the team in engagements with valuation analyses (e.g. DCFs, multiples, Monte Carlo simulations, etc.) through financial, economic and industry research as well as in-depth financial analysis.
We value teamwork highly and always aim at a collaborative approach and environment. You will work alongside other team members building financial models, analyse key value drivers, and participate in the preparation of our valuation reports.
