The Financial and Real Estate Sectors
·We have two specialized Partners based in our Stockholm office with over 20 years of combined experience from key management positions within the Financial & Real Estate industries
·We are a leading advisor within Real Estate Sector, where we have been part of recruiting current CEOs, and in several cases the majority of the executive team, to some of Sweden’s largest and most successful real estate companies.
·Similarly, we have a strong standing within the Financial Sector, having recruited top level executives and senior specialists that have successfully transformed insurance companies, retail and corporate banks as well as international and governmental financial institutions.
The Researcher Role
·The Researcher role is diverse and multi-faceted and at the very core of our business – good and qualitative research defines our success in each assignment
·Working as a Researcher at Amrop you will be part of a Partner-led team and play an active role throughout the whole process and be exposed to senior clients and stakeholders
·The role entails project managing the search from A to Z, establishing search strategies and basic market analysis and identifying and approaching candidates through active sourcing and desktop search
·The role is defined by active networking and relationship building, keeping up with industry trends, management moves and much more!

You enjoy building new relationships, are confident and grounded in yourself and comfortable in the role as ambassador for us and our clients. You thrive in a non-prestigious environment, and as a person we think you are a self-starter who takes ownership and works in a structured manner.
What we are looking for?
· Relevant academic degree within Business or similar
·Previous experience from search, working within the financial and/or real estate sector is a plus but not a prerequisite
·You have a strong interest for the financial- and real estate industries and how they develop
· You bring a general interest in business and an analytical mindset
·With your personality you easily build relationships with colleagues as well as clients and candidates
·You are structured and you have an eye for details and quality - nothing gets by you
·Strong sense of ownership, delivery and an ability to juggle multiple tasks
·Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
